This place helped me so much with setting up a plan for long term recovery from back surgeries. I had the privilege of working with Rhi and Laura and both were great at both coaching me through exercise form and explaining the goal of the exercises. Their attention to my form in exercises helped me understand the why and how of the program in a way that made me feel much more confident in my home workouts. Also, they have a lot of nicely equipped gym space and very friendly office staff. Highly recommend!
